Outreach
During my time at Clemson I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve others through my greek organization, Alpha Sigma Phi. We participate in philanthropic events such as Deck the Halls and also sponsor a local park and clean it every Sunday.
Deck the Halls
Deck the Halls is a Christmas philanthropic event held to benefit St. Judes Hospital. Every fraternity decorates their house in a competition to raise money. Last year we raised a total of $2,500 for charity!
Twelve Mile Park
Our fraternity reached an agreement with the City of Clemson to sponsor Twelve Mile Park, ensuring each week that the beautiful area is litter-free. Every Sunday we would visit the park to clean all trash and do small landscaping projects.
